Attractions:

This area is located west of Adelaide Street North between Dundas Street and the Thames River. This is a very popular area as it is the heart of London and no two homes are the same.  Students attending UWO and Fanshawe College like to locate in this area because it is on an excellent bus route to both locations plus you can walk anywhere downtown with it’s many bars and good restaurants and it is the night life for students to gather.  Seniors also like living downtown because of it’s many activities being the Grand Theatre, Victoria Park, Covent Garden Market, London Convention Centre, Central Library, Cathedrals and the John Labatt Centre.  There are a few high rise condos overlooking the Thames River. Prices vary in this area and you have a lot of multi-family housing especially for the students and a lot of professionals live downtown and they are within walking distance to their jobs.
