This area is located between Commissioners Road West and Southdale Road West; west of Andover Drive to Wonderland Road South. This area is a little bit cheaper an area than Westmount. The houses are smaller but you have a variety of houses plus townhouses and condos. The prices vary depending on the style of home and the lot size. The lots a little bit larger than Westmount and a lot of people like it because of the location to the highways. You are about 15 minutes to downtown and 5 minutes to Springbank Gardens.
