This area is located between the river and Byron Base Line Road (Onto Elviage Drive), from Byron Base Line Road to Commissioners Road West Intersection to Oxford Street West. This area is quiet large and corners the south part of Byron. You will find a mixture of new to older homes and condos on larger mature treed lots and prices and sizes vary. From this area you are about 15 minutes to the downtown area and you are also convenient to the shopping centre and about 10 minutes from the main highways. This is a very poplar for executives to locate because of the larger homes. You do have some of the most expensive area backing onto the treed woods. You are also close to Springbank Gardens, Storybrook Gardens (a great park for the little ones) and the Rose Garden (poplar for wedding photos) plus Boler Mountain Ski Hill.
