Whitehills North is located west of Wonderland Road between Fanshawe Park Road (Hwy. 22) and Gainsborough Road.  Prices of homes vary in this area and you will find condos plus single family homes (condos start at around $110,00 and houses start at around $150,000). The schools in the area are great so a lot of buyers like to relocate in this area due to all of the conveniences as well as the schools. Sherwood Forest Mall is another nearby attraction; you still are close to the university living here and typically you will find only a few houses being brought up by parents of students going to the university because of it’s proximity and it is on a bus route plus you are also minutes from downtown. You are also close to the Canada Games Aquatic Centre which features an Olympic size indoor swimming pool with diving boards.
